Commission structure: All consultants earn 30% to begin with and can move up to 40%, depending on sales!!  Of course, if you sign up new consultants you can earn even more!!!  Consultants are paid once a month!

Cost to join: Three business kits are available:  $149($347 value, $249(738 value) and $349($1,216 value)

Business kit contents: $149 kit includes enough materials for 4 shows, 7 pieces of jewelry, carrying case and 3 jewelry trays and inserts! $249 kit includes 10 more pieces of jewelry, 2 additional trays and inserts!  $349 includes 11 additional pieces of jewelry, 2 more trays and inserts, tablecloth and mirror!!!
